Shipping & Returns

Domestic US

We aim to ship all domestic orders within three (3) business days.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once proof of delivery is generated by the shipping courier, we cannot be held responsible for the package. If you'd like to request signature upon delivery, please select the signature required option at checkout. 

We cannot cancel your order once placed. If you need to update your shipping address or method, please contact us immediately. In the case that the order has not been processed, we can issue store credit. 

International

All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We do not offer returns outside of extenuating circumstances, such as the item was not as described.
