Adding music

Glassdisc is an offline music player for unprotected audio files you own. Choose your Music folder through Files, then select the albums you want to add. Connecting a folder alone does not copy its music. Once an addition finishes, its managed copy is available offline on that device.

If music is unavailable, open the source folder in Files and check that its files can download and open. Return to Glassdisc and retry or continue the addition. For storage or saved-progress errors, keep the original music and follow the in-app retry guidance.

Listening and mixtapes

Discs play in a fixed order. Seeking and skipping are not available. Each disc remembers its own place; restarting a finished disc requires a confirmed reset. Burning a mixtape saves its order within Glassdisc and does not write a physical disc.

Removing music

Removing a disc can leave managed recordings in storage. Disconnecting a folder leaves imported discs available. Deleting the app removes its local library and copies; keep the original music elsewhere.

Getting help

Include the Glassdisc version, device and iOS/iPadOS version, the action you tried, any error text, and whether the files are local, in iCloud Drive, or with another Files provider. Share only music or screenshots you have permission to share, and omit private information you do not want included in the request.
